Group Counseling Intensives

Deep Work. Shared Growth. Real Change.

Sometimes healing needs more than a weekly 50-minute session. Sometimes what we really need is time, space, and the presence of others walking a similar road.

Our Group Therapy Intensives are designed for those who are ready to go deeper—into themselves, into their stories, and into a process of healing that is grounded in honesty, connection, and meaningful therapeutic support.

What Is a Group Intensive?

This is not your average support group. It’s an immersive 2.5-day counseling experience for 4–6 participants, facilitated by licensed therapists, designed to help you uncover and engage the deeper themes and patterns that shape your life and relationships.

Over the course of the intensive, you’ll receive:

  • Expert facilitation by experienced trauma-informed therapists

  • Targeted group therapy sessions that blend story work, experiential exercises, and interpersonal insight

  • Individual time within the group to share and process your personal story

  • A space that invites truth-telling, emotional safety, and shared courage

  • Learn from our specialized training in the Spiritual Root System.

  • Optional Add on: Pre- and post-intensive 1:1 sessions to support your integration

This isn’t a fix. It’s a focused beginning—or a bold next step.

Why Group?

There’s something powerful that happens when we sit in a circle of others who are willing to be honest. When you hear parts of your story come out of someone else’s mouth. When you risk being seen and aren’t met with shame—but compassion.

Group intensives offer:

  • Relational healing through shared insight and reflection

  • Reduced isolation—you’re not alone, and you’re not the only one

  • Multiple mirrors—others often see what we can’t

  • Depth and momentum—insights in a few days that might take months

  • Witnessing—when others honor your story, something sacred happens

For many, group therapy offers a kind of movement that individual work can’t always reach.

Who Is This For?

This intensive is for you if you:

  • Are feeling stuck in therapy or unsure how to move forward

  • Carry lingering wounds from past trauma, family dynamics, or relationships

  • Long for connection and honest conversation that goes beneath the surface

  • Are ready to stop performing and start healing

  • Want to do deep work in a structured, compassionate setting

You don’t have to have previous group experience—but you do need to come willing to participate, listen, and share.

“I really want to share my appreciation with you for the work you are doing and for the excellence you do it with. My life is changing because of the way the Lord is working through you and I know that has come from so much of your effort and passion and courage.

From the stickers and pens, the candles, and the snacks, to your willingness to guide us in our stories is such a kindness. I can’t express all my gratitude.
