You’ll meet privately for 1–2 coaching-style sessions with a senior clinician to explore:

3. Mission Alignment Review
We’ll assess fit based on clarity of values, readiness for emotional culture support, and openness to growth. We may ask for a brief organizational walkthrough or core team conversation.
