What if the stress we are trying so hard to eliminate is a normal feature of living fully?

Stress is not the enemy - it is an experience of a life fully lived. If you are pursuing a vision for your life and participating deeply in love and work, you will naturally pour yourself out every single day. The problem isn’t the pouring out, it is the lack of system to pour back in.

Introducing our 2026 workshop series:

How to Enter the “RE” World

This is a five-part series about maintaining connection to yourself, others, and God. (No prior attendance required. Jump in at any time! Every workshop is designed to be independent, though you’ll get the greatest benefit by joining us for the full series.)

  1. Replenishment Workshop - the value of stress and maintaining “flow” states in helpers

  2. Restoration Workshop - how to foster restorative group dynamics through the focus on processing feelings

  3. Recovery Workshop - understanding the “Wheel of Function” and addiction processes

  4. Renewal Workshop - Scriptures that reveal our emotional and spiritual makeup and how to communicate them

  5. Resolutions Workshop - a free workshop to align your 2027 goals with your core values and mission.

The Replenishment Workshop

Stress has often been considered a negative experience that we need to eliminate from our lives.

Distress is a negative stress that drains and eventually overwhelms the neuro-physiological system.

However, another kind of stress, called eustress, assists us in accomplishing desired ends and moves us to deal with limitations in healthy ways.

Eustress has been shown to create a “flow” experience that replenishes the heart, mind, and body of a person.

During the workshop you will learn details of how replenishment occurs in two phases:

  1. Hard work; and

  2. Rest to maintain an equilibrium that allows a person to focus on the “long-game” of living fully and loving what one does over a long period of time.

Here’s What You’re Receiving:

  • Three hours with Chip and Colton on thriving long-term while helping others.

  • A folder with extra articles, assessments, and resources for maintaining vibrant connection to your own mission.

  • Time to connect with other like-minded people.

  • Copy of Needs of the Heart by Dr. Chip Dodd (for in person participants).

  • Link to download the recording of the event.

In this training, participants will learn to listen to their feelings and to move toward the life-giving rhythm of eustress. Discover how to honor your heart’s needs for both passionate engagement and rest, allowing you to remain 'all-in' for the long game of your calling.

This event will be live streamed and made available to those who cannot attend in-person. Continuing education credit will not be available to those who watch online. Online attendees will not be vocally participating in the event. It will be a viewing only video.
