Learning to Live in the Dirt
Are you tired of being the mom who is 'faking fine' and ready to get her hands dirty?
This support group takes Chip Dodd’s Spiritual Root System and translates it to the kitchen table conversation - where diaper changes, 2:00am wake up calls, car rider pickup lines, and 40-hour work weeks collide.
We weren’t meant to just 'survive' motherhood on caffeine and autopilot. Using the framework of Dr. Chip Dodd’s Spiritual Root System, we’re pulling these big concepts out of the textbook and planting them in the mud of our real, daily lives.
Together, we’ll unpack the 8 Feelings, Characteristics of a Functional Family, questions to ask yourself and others to keep you connected and present, and more.
We’ll also weave in the Spiritual Root System (on a “in the dirt” level, of course) to show our feelings as sacred guides, not symptoms to manage.
