Emotional Inheritance Group for Women
Join us for 12 weeks and recover the quiet inner voice that's never left you.
What have you inherited—emotionally, relationally, spiritually—that you’re ready to understand, release, or reimagine?
We’re inviting you into a sacred space for women ready to explore the deeper roots of who they are and how they show up in the world. Whether you’ve spent years in inner work or are just beginning to name your story, this is a pause… a place to listen, reflect, and reconnect.
Together, we’ll gently unpack the emotional inheritance passed down through family systems, stories, roles, and unspoken rules—the ones that have shaped your sense of self, safety, expression, and love. And we’ll weave in the Spiritual Root System, a powerful framework for seeing our feelings not as problems to manage, but as sacred guides toward healing, connection, and truth.
We're beginning a new group for women who want to live more fully into who they are meant to be - by turning and facing the contents of their heart with others. The process is an invitational practice with other women on the same journey to create trust with your inner voice. We'll share stories together in a safe space with other women, and with clinicians to teach and support you. Led by Beth Ann Mergens, LCSW, this group offers a safe, educational space for personal growth and discovery.
