Emotional Inheritance Group for Women
How are you living the story you inherited?
Inheritance means the particular characteristics received from caregivers through the genes or installed in the heart through parenting. This group is aimed towards accepting our genetics and understanding our inherited story. The therapeutic goal is for the women of this group to know familial expectations AND their own feelings and needs with the hope of weighing them both against each other.
Join Beth Ann Mergens, LCSW and Chandler Ross, LMSW in a 14-week group process. This group is set up to be an educational and secure zone to process your journey in your own family.
This group is for you if you want to…
-Seek to increase emotional intelligence, depth and maturity.
-Be open to considering how your response to your family’s story might have shaped you.
-Go beyond the facts of your family and process with feeling what it is like to be in your family.
-Work courageously and honestly with other women.

Fee: $85 (Please let us know if cost stands in your way)
Time: 8:00-9:30AM
Duration: 14 sessions each 90-minutes in length.
Format: Includes feelings check-ins, discussion guided by our clinical work, and times of teaching.
