Join Dr. Chip Dodd and Dr. Colton Shannon at the Voice of the Heart Center for a three hour training (3 CEs available).
*This is an event for clinicians and any professional helper (pastors, physicians, lawyers, educators, etc.)*
After our last successful CE on Dodd’s Paradigm of Recovery, we are adding a training to learn and practice how to help another access feelings and confess needs. Even if you missed our last CE event, this training is open to you.
Join us to discover even more about specific ways we can help others feel feelings and use needs to begin living fully again.
This event will NOT be live streamed. The experiential component must be practiced and felt in person.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will explore the four essential questions and implement asking these questions during a time of experiential learning.
Participants will identify and examine the essential makeup of the Self, or heart, by analyzing Dodd’s Paradigm of Recovery.
Participants will recognize how to use the eight core feelings as a means to strengthen rapport and facilitate healing conversations.
Continuing Education Credit Available: 3 NBCC hours.
To receive credit, participants must sign in, be present throughout, and complete assessment and evaluation at the end of the training. Designated breaks do not count towards CE credits. The Voice of the Heart Center has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7658. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Voice of the Heart Center is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
