Join Chip Dodd, Ph.D., and Colton Shannon, Ph.D. for a workshop on how to prevent wear out out as leaders of nonprofit organizations.
Non-profit leaders often struggle to prioritize self-care because their mission is so urgent and critical.
As you work toward fulfilling your mission, we invite you to a morning workshop designed to encourage and strengthen you.
Every human can feel worn out, and we all grow weary at times. Take this opportunity to replenish during a convenient 3-hour session.
In this workshop, we will introduce you to our philosophy for understanding the human heart, including the 8 core feelings.
We’ll also explore the "RE" world—recovery, replenishment, rest, and recreation—and how to integrate these into your life.
Expect an interactive discussion and practical strategies to sustain as you serve your community.
