Guided by two experienced clinicians, you will have opportunities to process, to learn, and to engage creatively while coming back to your own heart.
This is a chance to expand your heart and your mind around the Spiritual root system with the experience of connection.
There’s something powerful that happens when we sit in a circle of others who are willing to be honest.
When you hear parts of your story come out of someone else’s mouth. When you risk being seen and aren’t met with shame, but compassion. For many, groups offer a kind of movement that individual work can’t always reach.
This is an opportunity to bring all that you carry and have it tended to by caring professionals. There will be teaching, group process time, and experiential work.
