This group is a sacred space for women ready to explore the deeper roots of who they are and how they show up in the world. Whether you’ve done years of inner work or are just starting to name your story, this is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
Together, we’ll unpack the emotional inheritance passed down through family systems, stories, roles, and unspoken rules — the ones that shaped your sense of self, safety, expression, and love.
We’ll also weave in the Spiritual Root System — a powerful framework for understanding our feelings as sacred guides, not symptoms to manage.
