Join Alex Courington, LMFT, for a two-hour workshop to foster your mission as parents.
Do you want to feel confident and secure in your parenting? Do you want to explore how to struggle well with your children while staying true to yourself and your spouse?
Parenting is more than managing our children’s behavior or helping them become “perfect” children. Children need connection, emotional safety, truth, and parents who understand both themselves and their children more deeply.
Join us for a 2-hour workshop to understand more fully what it means to be a good enough parent.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to engage with Alex and other parents like you as you navigate the parenting journey. Similarly, you’ll walk away with the tools to:
Understand what children are communicating beneath behavior.
Learn how feelings guide connection and growth
Build stronger parent-child relationships
Respond to emotions with wisdom instead of reactivity
Create homes marked by safety, honesty, and repair
Parent from presence rather than pressure
What sets this workshop apart is our commitment to truly relate and interact with you. We keep the workshop at 16 participants or less so everyone is acknowledged as often as they want to be.
