From Isolation to Restoration: Master the Art of Group Dynamics
Many groups (counseling, small groups, etc.) get stuck because of poor group guidelines and not enough process. We believe that processing the feelings underneath all stories creates genuine restoration of heart. Learn how to cultivate an environment where clients don’t just share their stories, but actively participate in each other’s restoration.

For live CE credit, you must attend the event in its entirety at its scheduled time and complete the CE quiz and evaluation within one week.

Yes! Attendees will receive unrestricted access to the session recordings for a 90-day period. Please allow up to 14 days following the event for the replays to be processed and uploaded. You will receive a “view link” in your email.
NBCC Learning Objectives:
Participants will analyze the neurobiological and psychological impact of relational isolation on a client’s well-being.
Participants will implement specific group dynamic interventions designed to facilitate "honest connection" by distinguishing between content and process in groups.
Participants will experience a live group either by participating or viewing the group to practice the group process in vivo.
Continuing Education Credit Available: 3 NBCC hours.
To receive credit, participants must sign in, be present throughout, and complete assessment and evaluation at the end of the training. Designated breaks do not count towards CE credits. The Voice of the Heart Center has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7658. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Voice of the Heart Center is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
About the Presenters
Chip Dodd, PhD, is a seasoned counselor and mentor, dedicated to helping individuals live authentically and fully. Founder of The Center for Professional Excellence in Nashville, he led the center for 22 years before transitioning to private practice. In 2019, he launched Chip Dodd Resources, focusing on consulting, mentoring, speaking, and writing. Dr. Dodd is also the creator of The Spiritual Root System, a framework that integrates our emotional and spiritual nature into our daily lives. His influential book, The Voice of the Heart, continues to inspire readers worldwide by emphasizing the transformative power of emotions. Read more about Dr. Dodd here.
Chandler Ross, LCSW is a clinician and group facilitator at the Voice of the Heart Center, a husband, and dad to a beautiful boy. He has been in 12-step recovery for over 20 years. He has always had a heart for his own story and the story of others. He has
worked in residential treatment centers for addiction recovery, outreach shelters for youths experiencing housing instability, and for Big Brother Big Sisters of Middle TN. Chandler graduated from the University of Tennessee Social Work Program with his masters and trauma treatment certificate. He has years of experience leading different group therapies and enjoys galvanizing the healing communities of places he attend. Read more about Chandler here.
